Our Salad Buffet

With hundreds of possible toppings and over 20 homemade signature vinaigrettes, we have the largest salad selection in the city. We purchase our vegetables and ingredients from local suppliers, and everything is guaranteed organic.

Our buffet salads are charged by weight, with a maximum charge of $20.00 per plate. You can also select your vegetable combination and have us prepare them into a delicious smoothie for you. Our staff will gladly help you in your selection, so do not be shy to ask. Be sure to try our daily signature smoothie blend.

Our Popular Prepared Salads

• Cashew Asian Salad

  Baby spinach, bean sprouts, green beans, shitake mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, crushed garlic and cashews, topped with our zesty garlic Asian vinaigrette.
• The Greenroom Caesar

  Romaine lettuce, red onions, crushed vegan bacon, fresh parmesan cheese, homemade garlic Belgian croutons, topped with our signature garlic caesar dressing.
• The Cold Zapper

  Baby spinach, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, red onions, avocado, cucumber, julienne carrots, grated beets, alfalfa sprouts, sliced garlic, fresh parmesan cheese and pepper, topped with our signature garlic lemon vinaigrette.
• Mint Cucumber Salad

  Sliced cucumbers, grape tomatoes, endives, fresh bocconcini cheese, kalamata olives, white onions, bell peppers, and fresh mint sprigs, topped with our signature Mediterranean vinaigrette.
• The Greenroom Macaroni Salad

  Fresh macaroni noodles, diced celery, yellow onions, minced organic tuna, sliced garlic dill pickles, organic mayonaise, dijon mustard and a splash of soy sauce.
